Coldplay's Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends [2008 album]

In 1830, Eugène Delacroix painted the La Liberté guidant le peuple (Liberty Leading the People). It's a painting which commemorate the July 1830 French Revolution by overthrowing the King of France Charles X.

A hundred and seventy-eight years later, Chris Martin of Coldplay decided to use the painting as his studio album's cover entitled Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends. It was Coldplay's fourth studio album and was released on June 2008 last year.
